Q: How long will it take you to design my website? A: It depends on the size of the site. Generally a basic website (3-4 basic pages) will take about 2 or 3 days at the most to complete. But a larger site can take much longer. With larger sites, we can only estimate a completion time after meeting with you to discuss what you are looking for in detail. And best of all, consultations are always free. Q: Will I be able to edit my website myself after it's completed? A: Yes!! If you have some knowledge of computers and experience with authoring tools such as FrontPage and Dreamweaver, you can edit your own website! Also, if you go with a content management system, you will be able to edit your site from any web browser! In addition, you can create accounts for other users and grant them permissions to edit the site as well. We also provide FREE maintenance* for a year on all sites that we design. *basic maintenance only. Includes small updates and changes only. Large changes or full site redesigns are subject to charges. Q: How is my website hosted? A: It will depend on the type of site that you are looking for. Full content management system and database-driven sites are hosted through Siteground, while other sites may be hosted through StartLogic, Yahoo, 1&1, or a number of other hosting companies that we work with. Each hosting company has it's own set of unique features and qualities. It is for this reason that the hosting company your site uses, is dependent upon the content and scope of your website. We handle all of your hosting setup and domain registration for you, but you will be billed by whatever hosting company is used for your site. Q: Will my website and information be secure? A: Of course! We use secure professional hosting services and servers for all of our websites and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for the best possible protection when transmitting sensitive information over the internet. Q: What kind of graphics do you work with? A: Just about any! If you can think of it, we can design, edit, create, and work with it. We can work with just about any shape, size, format, color, and complexity. Q: Do you sell or provide any hardware/equipment? A: We can provide hardware/equipment if we are performing a service for you. But we do not have items for individual sale. For example, if you contact us to design and install your small office network, we can provide the routers, switches, cables, etc. as part of the total service.
